Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all bookings and tours operated by LG Auto Tours. By booking a tour you agree to be bound by them.

Booking Agreement

A booking is confirmed once your deposit or full payment is received through our Stripe checkout and you receive a confirmation email. You are responsible for ensuring your booking details, passport details, and driver eligibility information are accurate.

Deposits & Payment

Bookings may be secured with a deposit, with the balance due before the tour start date as stated in your confirmation email. Guests may also pay in full at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Deposits are subject to our Refund Policy.

Driver Eligibility

All drivers on LG Auto Tours must:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the tour start date.
• Hold a valid International Driver's Licence (IDP) issued in your home country and valid for the full tour duration.
• Hold a full (unrestricted) licence in your home country for at least 2 years, with no active suspensions or major offences in the past 24 months.
• Drive in strict accordance with all Japanese road laws and operator instructions.

Failure to meet any of these requirements means you will not be permitted to drive. Refunds for ineligibility identified after booking are subject to our Refund Policy.

Participation Acknowledgement

As part of every booking you will be asked to complete and return a participation form acknowledging the driving-related nature of the experience, the risks associated with driving performance vehicles on public roads, and your agreement to follow all operator instructions and safety briefings. The participation form must be signed and returned before the tour start date.

Liability

LG Auto Tours acts as an organiser and is not liable for losses, injuries, or damages incurred during the tour where caused by third parties, force majeure, or guest negligence. All guests must hold valid travel insurance covering international travel, medical, and driving-related activities.

Vehicle Use

Vehicles are provided by our local Japanese operators and remain their property at all times. You select your preferred vehicle for each driving activity during booking, with final assignment confirmed based on availability. Damage caused by guest negligence, traffic offences, or breach of operator instructions may incur charges as specified in the operator's rental agreement signed before each drive.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
